These workshops, which can vary in length from one hour to four days, focus on how the Enneagram of Personalities can aid you to manage change and to help others cope with and even shine during a change process. They emphasize on minimizing politics and maximizing the potential of the team.
Use of the Enneagram is approached in terms of maintaining and enhancing a team approach and team collaboration with the focus on attaining goals and supporting group growth and development. Leadership issues are discussed for each type and the support of leadership and team engagement is explored. These workshops also address how each personality can find ‘their place’ within the team, and what each personality needs for a resolution of conflict to occur. Workshops vary in length from one to four days.
