Use of the Enneagram is approached in terms of maintaining and enhancing a team approach and team collaboration with the focus on attaining goals and supporting group growth and development. Leadership issues are discussed for each type and the support of leadership and team engagement is explored. These workshops also address how each personality can find ‘their place’ within the team, and what each personality needs for a resolution of conflict to occur.
